Shipments and returns

Delivery and delivery time
Deliveries take place exclusively within the Netherlands. Orders are delivered after payment and if available within 1-3 working days. If a product is temporarily out of stock or in case of any delays, you will be informed about this by us via an email message.
Additional costs will be charged for delivery on the Wadden Islands, island de Woude and Zeelandic Flanders. reserves the right to deliver orders in partial shipments.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage.
You will receive a tracking number from us via our carrier (Partsexpress) with which you can track your package online.
Your package is sent at your own risk, but special care is taken to fragile items.
For orders above €50,- delivery is free.

Reflection time
At you have a reflection period (trial period) of 14 days. This cooling-off period starts when you receive the product.
You can return your product without giving any reason or obligation in this period. Exceptions to this are blister packs (closed hard plastic packaging). When a blister pack is damaged we can unfortunately no longer receive it.
Shipping costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to terminate the agreement that has been concluded at a distance (via the internet or by telephone). This means that you can cancel your purchase within a certain period, the so-called 'reflection period'. This period is legally set at 14 calendar days. If you make use of this right within this period, we will ensure that you are refunded the purchase amount corresponding to the returned products (within 14 days after receipt of the (undamaged) returned products).
You have to pay the shipping costs yourself when returning your order.
The day on which the withdrawal period commences is not included in the time calculation. The term expires at the end of the last hour of the last day of it. If you make or send your statement on this last day, you are still on time. Furthermore, the term can not end on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, is not obliged to fulfill its obligations towards the Customer, respectively the obligation is suspended for the duration of the force majeure. Force majeure means any circumstance that is independent of it, as a result of which the fulfillment of its obligations towards the Customer is prevented in whole or in part. These circumstances include strikes, fire, business failures, power failures, transport impediments, non-delivery or late delivery by suppliers or other third parties engaged. Force majeure also means malfunctions in a (communication) network and / or the unavailability of the website at any time. If the force majeure continues for a period of at least 30 days, is entitled to dissolve the agreement without the Customer being entitled to any form of compensation.
